this is the old´╗┐ one of matthias čśÇ

  2. Steve Gough says:

Cool! Can you show´╗┐ us the innards of the pumping mechanism?

  3. Ronald Walters says:

I forgot to place this information in the description. Go to Matthias’s site and the construction article on The Modular Marble Machine where there are photos´╗┐ and information on how it works and how to build it. See description for the link.

  4. Schiffschreiner says:

    Beautifully´╗┐ constructed. thumbs up

  5. BigFatTonys says:

I suspect if you loaded it to failure that the connection of the steel drive rod´╗┐ to the wood block will be it. I bet you would have to go 4-5 feet tall for failure.

  6. Ronald Walters says:

It is a strong pump for sure. I would expect it to run to at least a 4 ft height, but have no intention nor need of testing it to that´╗┐ height. čÖé

  7. Brian Haddad says:

Great test. Now you´╗┐ need to run a similar test on the new pump he designed!

  8. Doug Commons says:

That’s what I’m talking about! Adding power´╗┐ to the marble mix makes the whole project that much cooler.
